With the recent discontinuation of the Ricoh eCabinet we now offer a utility which will allow Square 9 Professional Services to convert eCabinet installations or their competitors over to SmartSearch.

To support your efforts the Professional Services Group at Square 9 Softworks has released a new program called e-Cabinet Converter.

e-Cabinet Converter is a service being offered to our partners that provides the ability to export the data and documents residing in an eCabinet installation through a back up copy of the system. The data and documents can then be easily imported into your SmartSearch archives for an easy migration part at a very reasonable cost.

The e-Cabinet Converter service is priced based on number of records, databases and file cabinets.
